Biography

Matthew Hacunda is a director, a filmmaker, and a writer with a number of short films under his belt. He’s an alum of Emerson College with a BA in Film Production, concentrating on directing. After founding his own company, Sound & Color Productions, Matthew has created content for Interise, Junior Achievement, John Brown Media, HEET, and other clients.

He is highly motivated, reliable, detail-oriented, and above all, professional. With an extensive knowledge of film production, storytelling, and people skills, Matthew is an invaluable asset on any project.

Currently, he’s in post-production on a short film, Weatherman, on which he was selected by Emerson College to direct as the final project between Adv. Cinematography and Adv. Production Design courses. 

When not directing, he is often working as a producer/assistant director on projects or working as a photographer.
